Head-Royce School launched the public community phase of the largest capital campaign in School history with its first-ever Day of Giving. The day set a new record for largest number of gifts received in a single day, with 484 donations totaling $805,084!

Donors to the project have an opportunity to leave their legacy on the gorgeous new South Campus—all donors of $1,887 (Head-Royce’s founding year) or more are invited to inscribe a plaque that will be installed on the steps of the South Campus Commons.

The day also officially launched the Crystal M. Land appreciation campaign, an effort to name the central commons green in honor of the retirement year of our esteemed Head of School, marking 33 years of her exemplary service and dedication to Head-Royce.
